  1st floor bedroom(room number 3XX) is better than 2nd floor bedroom(40X). 1st floor is spacious & clean, comparable to 3 stars hotel.

  Worst experience. Bed sheet turn yellow, Bed smellmy shirt smell like bed after a night. towel so dirty and yellow. All above just for $30 per night, breakfast not included.

  On a regular day, the rate is reasonable (double beds with AC, TV and hot water). However, on holidays expect to pay twice the amount! That's Cambodia.
