  Staff can't be bothered to boil hot water for customer when customer wants to buy cup noodles and claimed that the plug is spoiled. Same goes to the oven, staff said that oven plug is not working as well. Not the first time but the THIRD time. Staff just can't be bothered.

  The only reason i go to this mart is that it is open 24 hours. It's small with a limited selection and more expensive. Staff are friendly but slow and undertrained. On several occasions they did not have enough change when I tried paying with a 20 dollar note. Service has gotten worse over the last year or so.
