A good Western style restaurant.Decent service,good menu,reasonably prepared dishes.The free flow breakfast is world class.The hamburger not reccomended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch - went a la carte with dishes such as beef carpaccio, chefs salad, beef wellington, coq au vin! All really well executed with quality ingredients and well-priced. After VAT and service, the free flow breakfast is about $13/person and entirely worth it. The eggs royale was cooked well and tasty. Fresh juices, coffee and tea flows too. The pastries are the best in Phnom Penh. The housemade yogurt and musli is far superior to most hotels in town and served with a locally sourced honey. Service is attentive but not overbearing. It is a nice treat.

The place is nice but we had to wait quite long time (approx 30 minutes) for our main dish to be served after we had the starter during our business lunch.

Met up with friends here recently and had the chance to sample their breakfast but enjoyed our time so much that we stayed all the way til lunch!
Tucked in a quiet corner overlooking the French colonial Post Office and the crumbling old and historical police station, the restaurant is designed to take it's cue from the sights next door.
Food was fantastic, service was efficient and great from the staff inside to the parking attendants outside.

Free flow breakfast for about $11.00 includes fresh juice, café, French pastries, muesli, fruit, eggs, bread. Very tasty. Get a seat by the window and you might see monkeys in the trees outside.

I recently had two delightful meals at Khéma. The food is French or French-inspired and it was excellently prepared. Everything I had was delicious.
On my second visit. I started with their onion soup. I have had this at other restaurants but the version at Khéma was far and away the best I have ever had.
My one complaint and is the only reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that the steak I had at my second meal was very tough with a lot of connective tissue. It tasted very good but was a chore to cut and to chew.
The dessert I had was fabulous, a chocolate eclair. So good that I had it on both visits.
The prices are kind of high for Cambodia but not at all high compared to a comparable meal in the west. I would say very good value for the money.
The service was attentive but not intrusive as so often happens in the USA where the wait staff are trying for a big tip.
In closing, if you are in Phnom Penh and not on a backpacker's budget, don't miss this restaurant.response / report this review -

The environment is spacious and class without going into bling bling. They serve quality french traditional food, always nicely plated. Service at this time still has room for improvement as they are very new (please give them time). And the good surprise comes with the bill, very reasonable price. One of the most affordable french food in town with great value for money!
