Had a lovely stay, wish we had booked for longer. Fon and her husband are dedicated hosts, and were very helpful with tips and arranging a tour for us. Location is a bit outside of the main commotion which makes it lovely and quiet, while still very easy to get around. They provide free bikes which we happily used. Breakfast was also good, and the rates are very reasonable. The garden is very nice with mango trees in the front and coconuts at the back, with a big balcony all around the house to enjoy it from.

Tim and his wife were really wonderful hosts! They did everything they could to make us 110% comfortable and to help us with any of our problems or questions (and trust me we had a lot of those :). The room and bathroom was very nice and clean and the breakfast tasty. I'm looking forward to return back one day.

Amazing place to stay! Had a lovely big room on the ground floor with big bathroom and AC. Owners are super friendly and welcoming and breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Lovely guest house, with the most welcoming hosts! About a 15 minute walk from the Old Market. Breakfast was delicious!

This has to be the best place to stay in Kampot!
The building is a beautiful Khmer style large home with ornate decoration throughout. The rooms are excellent size, always spotless and with super comfy bed but its more than that - hosts Fon and Tim truly make you feel like part of the family, welcoming you into their home.
They helped with any request or question, always with a smile. We had everything we could need while Fon's cooking was excellent! Id highly recommend Kampot Manor to any visitor to Kampot!response / report this review -

Excellent accommodation under the current manager, so clean & pleasent. The free bikes are handy & the free fruit in the morning gives you a good start to the day. Such a shame he's moving on!

Guesthouse charmante située à 10 - 15 minutes à pied du centre de Kampot. Fruits du jardin ceuillis pour le petit déjeuner du matin. L'étoile en moins est tout d'abord pour le prix plus élevé sur place quand on a voulu prolonger notre réservation en ligne (on leur a signalé) - on est restés 6 nuits en tout. Le deuxième point c'est la très mauvaise connexion wifi alors que nous devions travailler. Un peu déçue de ne pas avoir eu de petit geste commercial au prix de la nuit.
