The hotel is really nice and well located in a quiet street maybe 5 minutes walking from the center. It's very clean, the rooms are generously spacious and bright, so a good value for money. Unfortunately, we experienced again incompetent staff. They are friendly, meaning smiling every time you come and go. But incompetent and unreliable when it comes to organizing a tuk tuk for next day (confirmed several times but then not done) or bringing the right order to the table (which consisted in two coffees). Compared with staff from other places, e.g. La Plantation, they actually deserve a one-star-rating.

Excellent hotel with spacy rooms in spec condition. Stylish and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds are very comfy, not as hard as normal in Asia. Free bikes to get around. Excellent value for money!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Super large well appointed rooms. Quiet location in Kampot but the missing 5th star is for lack of understanding of english by the staff and the very stingy breakfast.

Poor service: careless and slow service. they put me to wait my dress for one hour until I remind them 3 times. I have my fried noodle without chopstick.

This is my review after my 3days 2nights stay at this hotel:
Arrival
=====
When I was arrived at this hotel, I was really impressed with the architecture. My tuktuk driver also impressed as that was his first time drop passenger at this hotel (my tuktuk driver is from Kep). It's screaming classy with the dull yellow building. I love the concept.
Lobby & Reception

I was greeted by the receptionist. The checked-in process was smooth. The lobby was simple but classy, it's not really luxurious with a contemporary touch.
My Room
========
I was stayed at Superior Room. Even it is superior, it is really spacious. Again, the interior is simple but it's look really classic and classy. The bed comfortless was great. Even the room is spacious, the AC worked really great and I had really quality sleep for 2 nights in Kampot. I really love the balcony of my room. I always enjoying my coffee overlooking the mountain. The weather just great but on the second day, it was raining. Look at the phone, classic right? At first I was confused how to dial the receptionist as I did not really familiar with the phone (last time I know, but I forgot)
Bathroom

The bathroom design for this hotel is really great. I love it. The toiletries the offered are excellent. The toilet and the shower are separated and both are spacious. For the shower, I love the floor as they decorated using the stone. If I want to renovate my house bathroom, this is it gonna look like.
Breakfast
=========
The breakfast is really depends on the number of the guest on that time. At first when I was checked-in, I was given a breakfast menu to choose from for the next morning. When I informed with the receptionist, they had informed me the breakfast was going to be buffet. The breakfast buffet was just average. Not so much variety of food offered compared to other hotel with the same stars. Like always, I do not eat meat. So my breakfast usually consists of pancake, eggs and a lot of fruits. So, if you get the hotel deal without breakfast, I think you will not lost anything.

- Need a little bit walk or bicycle ride to go to the Kampot River area

This hotel have a nice skylounge in the top floor. You can enjoy the delicious dinner with beautiful scenery.

Loved this place. The rooms are pretty big, the service very good, and everything very clean. Breakfast delivered to the room, superb experience!
