  They didn't gave me my new warm sweater back, I bought for 70$. It's so annoying, cause I need it for traveling. They promised me a compensatory payment, I never got. That place steals your things they like :-(((

  Most of the time, this place is pretty good. But you have to pay attention to your laundry here.
  
  They always do a good job cleaning: wash, dry, iron, fold. They use fabric softener, and the clothes come out smelling great.
  
  The clothing isn't always ready on time, and it's difficult to get answers/explanations from the staff, who speak little English.
  
  For a week fews I noticed that our underwear was going missing, but then this week I went to the laundry and saw one of the staff wearing a shirt that had gone missing from our laundry.
  
  When we complained, they apologized and washed it/gave it back.
  
  However, they told us this: if anything goes missing from your laundry while it's with them, they put it in their lost and found. If no one comes to claim it within 2 weeks, then the staff take it as their own.
  
  So, make sure you always know exactly what you give them, and make sure that you get all of those items back.
  
  If you can handle that, then I definitely recommend this place. They do a great job washing the clothes, even if the customer experience is frustrating.

  I have used KT laundry on Street 19 for many months and was very happy indeed.
  
  But then I had a few pairs of socks go missing and not replaced, then 2 times my laundry was not ready and then 2 days ago a black shirt was missing and I had another persons t-shirt in my bag instead.
  
  I am sorry to say that I will not use KT laundry again, the service has gone down hill and I cannot lose more clothes, a great pity as KT laundry service was great before.

  The only place to get white laundry (not grey) I know in Phom Penh. They are bleaching correctly and laundry smels good. Thanks

  I specifically told the lady when I dropped off my clothes that I didn't want fabric softener and I wanted my clothes air dried, not with the dryer. She shook her head okay, questioned my idea about air drying them, and asked if it was because I thought my clothes would shrink. I told her I wanted them air dried.
  
  My clothes smell sooooo perfumy. If you have allergies or just want non-smelling clothes, skip this place.
