The KSEDO Foster home and Orphanage was founded in January 2011. It was opened was response to the lac of quality care and refuge for the seriously vulnerable children of Siem Reap. Before the founding of this center, many of KSEDO's children were living alone on the streets, or living in prisons or police stations. Some were orphans; others were victims of violence, abuse and neglect.

KSEDO was formed to give this neglected children hope by providing security, education and health services, helping them to reach their full potential. Today, KSEDO is ho;e to dozen of children who are growing and prospering and learning to become a positive part of Cambodia society.
