There were a stream of delivery guys pouring in during lunch peak (2-3pm) (there were about five-six of them, each with 5-10 cups order or so), making it impossible for my order to be processed and made. It took me 15 minutes to sit there, and there were no signs of my drink coming out. The counter looked chaotic. I left because I can’t afford more than 15 mins. I like drinking KOI, especially in the afternoon. I hope something is done about this peak hour.

I give five stars because it is very popular with the University students close by. The seats are not comfortable because they are wood round no back support and very short like the table very short. I call it child seating Style. Typical Asian seating. But that is just part of the seating arrangement I'm not sure but on the inside of the place I think it is regular sized chairs and tables.

Koi is a good place for relaxing sometime at this location. I came at the evening, the environment is great not so crowded as other branch. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Facility is so nice An's convenient, this location is also very easy access from everywhere in Toul Kork area, traffic to this place is good.
