KOI is not a bad place to chill in. Spacious place with air conditioning. The drinks are quite authentic but they said they were unable to do a 25% sugar level. So I had to settle for 50%. Abit too sweet, but not too bad. Will recommend

The reference in terms of bubble tea. When the market of bubble tea is dropping replaced by the trend for coffee, this is the only bubble tea chain that remains strong.

Tasty treat for hot days. Peach macchiato. Or peach tea with aloe vera. Downside is lots of plastic waste but that is almost everywhere here.

A poor replica of matcha latte, with mostly ice lightly flavoured with milk and judiciously coloured with a bitter green tea of sorts.

I had not really good experience when i ordered matcha tea and i asked to put 0 callorie sweetener to my drink, and they said they can't do that.. ???she said this is already their standar and procedure.. ok fine for me.. but.. It was strange because when 3 days before i came there with different cassier, she was allowed me put 0 calorie sweetener hmmm

Nice, clean and lively atmosphere for working or a casual catch up with friends. Now, I must admit that I'd never had bubble tea before. So many good options, bubble tea or otherwise.
I had no idea what to expect, but this creamy goodness in a cup with jelly nuggets (which I think might be tapioca?!) were amazing. My next visit will need to consist of one of the ice cream drinks!response / report this review -

Good bubble tea options. Slightly expensive and the staff don't allow mix and match across various options. Nice place to sit and chat to friends as it's air-conditioned.
Sight problem I had was that I wanted ice cream in bubble tea with jelly but as the computer didn't support putting this option in as an order the staff wouldn't let my order it. The bubble tea with ice cream that I did end up getting was still good but it's a bit silly that they wouldn't let me order something that I was willing to pay for!response / report this review -
