  Good Golden Bubble Milk Tea. I like that the size of drinks is rather small and you can choose the sugar level, 25% was just a touch of sweet 👍 Not too expensive at 1.80$ for a nice drink in a nice setting, both downstairs and upstairs. AC pretty cold for my taste, staff very friendly and taking good care of customers.

  The drinks are good the atmosphere is also cheerful and I think it fits the look of a casual cafe really well. The drinks can be expensive for some people though so that might be a drawback of this place. For me the price is firm of u go there for a drink once in a while. The one thing I would change though is the sizes of the cups this would be a 5 star if there was a large size cup for the drinks.

  Good taste.
  Yes, KOI is good task and the place also good. Mostly consumer are teenagers. The music background so loudy and I would suggest the shop should minimize the volume of background music.

  One of the well known Café and Thé. KOI was popular because the good taste of their tea and other soft drink. The service is very good and fast. The environment it clean and fresh. It is a little bit small; hence, most people just come here for package order only. This is one of the many Koi branch in Phnom Penh City located on Norodom Blvd. Try it out.

  This place is good for quick chat with friends at non peak hours. Tea with milk cream is favourite here.
