Good menu with western style choices. Just opened so service is a little slow. But staff are attentive and eager to serve. Prices are reasonable compared to other locals.

I had the lamb steak. The flavor was phenomenal as well as the passion fruit pineapple mint juice. Great stop for Phnom Penh visitors and locals

$3.50 for a small bitter americano is a bit ridiculous. My friends small was the same size as my large and the waiter confirmed it when we asked. They don't know what a French Press is even though they offer it at the Sihanouk location. Food was ok. Obviously pre-cooked and warmed up because both our dishes arrived in under 5 mns and I had a bacon wrapped beef filet and she had the herb lamb filet. Flavour was ok but mine was dry, her lamb was tough so not great. The main Java is like a completely different place to this one in terms of service and quality.

Consistently excellent gourmet dishes . Prices are a bit high, but food is very nicely presented. Artsy, socially conscious atmosphere in well established location. The location near the independence monument has been successful for many years and features a children's play room downstairs, And large sofas. Childrens menu is very expensive and in my opinion not very reasonable. Upstairs a wood structure with cool deck feels like a French bungalow. The menu often features new creations designed by their well trained khmer cooking staff. Tol kork location has an outdoor play area. Cookies, drinks and dessert are all very good but very expensive in comparison to other upscale restaurants.

Java is a great place to meet with friends or study/work alone. Their food is consistently excellent and rotating specials in all categories (drinks, cocktail, entrees, & desert) means there's always something new. Burgers are some of the best in Phnom Penh. I recommend the chicken burger, BLT & Apple Panini, Farmer bread loaf, and special entrees usually excellent. Their homemade pasta is good, but the portions are small. Scones are more like a muffin or cake. Happy hour is great deal 50% off cocktails 5-7pm, 50% off pastries after 7pm, and their expiring breads are half price and sit on top one side of the pastry case. Service is great and atmosphere is modern yet homey. Also an art gallery, art exhibits rotate as well supporting local artists.

Goodness staff, good & creative food, wonderful baked goods. Music selection is eclectic and sometimes a bit strange. Nice atmosphere and baked goods and 50 % after 7pm
