  Small little bar, reasonable prices.Tattoo parlour upstairs.Might get my man city tattoo when we win the EPL after about 10 cans of beer!

  Gypsies is a friendly place with a beautiful vibe. I have always felt welcomed. Truly a hidden gem of Phnom Penh. Must visit.
