  Totally under par for the price paid. Only get 2 star service. Although Facilities are top notch.
  
  Housekeeping only "touch and go", not clean.
  
  Operator didn't care to check before tenant move in.
  I.e.,
  Freezer, bathroom and AC have weird smell.
  Dirty floor, AC filter full of dust, found dust and foreign objects hidden under sofa.
  Even entrance not bother to clean, full with dust.
  All outer windows are not cleaned for months if not years.
