We have recently moved to Siem Reap and used IPS amongst other agencies to find somewhere to live. Bora was our agent and he diligently went about finding the perfect place for us. Bora transported us to all our viewings in the company tuk tuk, liaising with the owners & most importantly listened to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us properties we had no interest in. IPS Siem Reap is the most reliable real estate agency in Cambodia. Andreas and his team helped us to find a perfect villa to rent in Siem Reap! My husband and I were looking for a western style apartment with all the comforts (AC, fully furnished, gym, swimming pool, generator, security gate), and at a reasonable price, in Siem Reap.
It seemed a mission impossible until we met IPS.
Andreas and his team had a great portfolio of properties for us to visit and we found what we were looking for after just two days search. Not only so. Their service has continued after the rental contract was signed -off. They keep on helping us deal with the landlord and are our point of contact in case of any issue with the flat.
We would definitely recommend IPS to anyone who is looking for quality and good customer service.
