Very poor service , with non professional staff. No clear information point, waste my time a lot. Also service are not kind.
First time, tell that i can transfer the money by rate. After I go to transfer, tell me to created acc. Next tell me that the receiver have to have the same bank acc. And later tell me to change the name of evident document to transfer the money and this time tell to change the name transfer person. What is very service, why don't just a time to tell clearly.

Wasn't sure there would be an atm, but there are! They dispense only USD. My bank account inquiry was also in USD. Pretty awesome and as far as I can tell, no fee!
