I ever wanted to join one of their tour packages. One of their staffs promised to me to email me the itinerary of the tour package that I was interested, they never emailed me, even their boss said to me that she will email me within 2 hours after I paid the fee, they never email me. I paid the fee in cash, and wait for the email for itinerary until the rest of the day, there is no email from them for itinerary. And then, my wife went there to ask for the itinerary, their staff responded very rude and answered with yelling to my wife. And then, I decided a cancellation, their staff also responded with yelling again and rude. They are very high not recommended for tour. Their staff is unprofessional.
