  We stayed in Sihanoukville for 4nights and had our 3 meals there at the Holy Cow. Food is tasty, fresh and has reasonable price. The lady there (i think she is the owner as well) is so friendly The only issue is, it's quite far to walk (about 10minutes) if you stay around the Golden Lions circle. So that, make

  Good food, good atmosphere. Pesto was homemade however bread served on the side was quite hard and old. Service was ok, but appreciate space anyhow so ok. Will come back again.
