  This is the place to stay if you want to see Angkor Wat. Very close to temples and walk street ($2 tuktuk ride). Villa we stayed in was very nice. And Hak is very helpful. He arranged pickup from airport and drop off. We sent him a list of all the things we wanted to do and he arranged everything. Drivers, Bookings for restaurants. Highly recommend you stay here. Hak's Villa's and hotel is just outside the main city center so we have no road noise.

  Hak's house was one of the best places i have stayed at during my travel. I highly recommend it, i will definetly be back next time i am in Siem Reap. Hak and his family are very accomodating, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast is yummy and very handy to have before you set out on your day sight seeing. The pool is fabulous. Hak is available 24 hours for any queries and he is also ready to solve any queries with positivity. The complimentary bicycle was great, the city centre is about 15 min bike ride and is a great experience.

  Everything is nice..the staff, room and services.We had to catch the sunrise early morning, the staff prepared breakfast for us. This is highly recommended for travelers looking for affordable yet very nice place to stay.

  LITTLE ABOUT THE PLACE:
  Mr. Hak’s is quite a bit away from the hustle bustle of the centre. They used to be near the Build Bright University but have recently moved to this place. The rooms are new so are quite big, nice and clean.
  
  The staff and Mr. had himself is great. They are warm and welcoming people.
  
  The food here too is great. Try and have food here atleast once.
  
  Mr. Hak also organises vans/tuk tuk and tours for the temple and other activities at reasonable prices. He tries to use good guides etc but we got quite a crappy one for the temple visit and he was rushing us all the time and not giving enough information. Our guides name was Sam so better not to use him.
  
  We used 3 different vans and the a/c in the vans pretty much are crap so make sure that they start the a/c atleast 5 mins before you get in or be ready to roast.
  
  The pool is good but a bit small but has a jacuzzi too attached.
  
  Overall very tastefully done property.
  
  He gave me one of the bigger rooms and the a/c wasn't sufficient for the room size and the room was a bit warm from my liking.
  
  We had a good stay even though we did not want to be so far from the centre, Mr. Haks service and help proved to overcome that disadvantage.

  It was a lovely stay at Hak's house. The room that we stayed was so spacious and clean. It even has its own living room where you could pit your luggage. The people were all accommodating and conversant in English that is why we never really had any problem addressing our concerns. It was very nice of them to assists us also in arranging our transportation to Angkor Wat and to the city when are leaving for Phnom Penh during the midnight. I'll stay again here should I return to Siem Reap.

  The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was very good. However, the bathroom didn't smell very good and the fan room was way too hot: without air circulation, it was cooler in the corridor without a fan! Definitely get an air conditioned room.

  Decent budget accommodation for siem reap. Not too far from the centre, and inexpensive private rooms. Nice staff too
