Having lived in Italy for a few months last year, I have very high standards when it comes to gelato and I thought this was delicious! I had the dark chocolate and the salted butter caramel flavours - so so good! $2.50 for 2 scoops. Yes, pricey for Asia but I had more expensive in Siem Reap and it wasn't as nice as this.

So many great flavors to choose from! Great coffee too, relaxed place to hang out in the day, good WIFI, and cocktails too! Super friendly staff, a must visit.

Absolutely delicious! Located in an alley, just far away enough from the crowds to be able to relax and enjoy the amazing ice cream on offer. A good range of flavours to choose from, all three of which I had were beautiful. Staff are very friendly. Pricing is geared towards tourists, which is understandable given the area it is located. Will visit again!

Truly amazing. This is without a doubt the best ice cream I've ever had in my life.

The shop is beautiful and clean, upstairs is spectacular, and the toilets are wonderful.

This place is crowded. The line is long, but it id's worth the wait. Awesome ice cream even for western standards. Friendly service. They sell great coffee ad well, they will even make it a coffee liqueur.
Free WiFi. modem music.
There is upstairs tables.
They also sell soap. Cash only
The ice cream is smooth nor at all ice like many others I the area. The nice looking lounge chairs have one broken. There is also two tables near power points for recharging phones.

Delish vegan sorbet! The chocolate sorbet is so rich and incredibly yummy! Hadn’t had sorbet and it hit the spot. Staff are helpful and you can sample a few before you decide - though that makes it a bit more difficult as it’s hard to choose!

Great Ice cream. Haven't had any for weeks so I loved it. Coffee latte was incredible. Much prefer Gold for the taste. You'll understand when you go. Silver and Gold.

Hidden between the alleys it's a Very cute small place with upstair floor. Really nice, modern interior. Feeling like in a living room. Ice cream has very intense and rich flavour. You can choose between different cup sizes. Medium cup equals 2 scoops for 2,50.

The heat isn't why you'll devour your gelato so quickly. I loved the Nocciola, it's a winner if you enjoy a smooth hazelnut gelato.

Tasty little place

Been here so many times and still continue to go back. The ice cream was really good and so delicious. Location hidden in the middle of Pub Street, with its own unique contemporary design that make the place look even more interesting.

It would stand out even if it were in Italy!
As a chocolate gelato lover I had many opportunities to try it in many Italian cities.
I have to admit that the one at Gelato Lab is among the best I ever had.
These guys deserve kudos for getting such superb results so far from Italy!
Service is very friendly and the value is exceptional.
It is a must if you are a chocolate gelato lover like me or if you want to know how an authentic Italian home made gelato tastes like!

Absolutely fantastic gelato and sorbet for a good price. Had also their coffee americano and it complimented the gelato experience in a wonderful way. The staff is also very kind and also lets you taste the flavors before deciding what you want to have. The place is nicely tucked away in the smaller side streets around pub street - step in for a tasty break from strolling the streets. I came here three days in a row - it is that good!

May be the best gelato I've ever had, and only for $1.5 USD for a small cup. Definitely worth trying if you're near Pub Street (it's located down an alley, easy to miss the turn).

Relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff. Good wifi and very tasty Frutto Della Passione sorbet. Organic and "good food". Price starts at 1,5$ for one scope. Worth a visit!

Possibly the best gelato this side of Italy. Absolutely delicious. It even beats Messina in Sydney. The staff are lovely and friendly and allow tastings too.

Really excellent vegan sorbet. 6 sorbet flavours in total and 14 gelato. I was amazed by how creamy the chocolate sorbet was. I recommend pairing it with the mandarin flavour!
