  No one at this company communicated with us. The boat was supposed to leave at 11, we didn't even load into some charter bus that moved us from their central office to where the boat was docked, which was not at the ferry terminal in Sihanoukville but rather some boat yard in a road heading out of town.
  The boat was fast but it was still unclear if we were getting on the boat we were booked on. The route they took was backwards from everything advertised, went to Koh Rong before heading down to Koh Rong Samloem. We eventually made it to our destination but was dropped off at the pier on the exact opposite side of the bay then where we were staying and because we had booked our accommodations so last minute I hadn't been able to communicate with the hotel when we would arrive, which actually would not have mattered because we ended up being an hour later than scheduled. The whole process was confusing, inconvenient and just frustrating. Waiting around in a room being told to just wait while no one check a tickets and then being bused to some abandoned looking boat yard, taking the wrong routeuntil we got off in Koh Rong Samloem I wasn't entirely certain we weren't being kidnapped.
  Lack of communication and some serious improvising on the boat company's part made this a pretty terrible trip.

  Don't trust them, they are a liars and when you talk to them they are disrespectful and rude. We took a boat the 25th of March, at 08:30am we where at the peer looking for options, they promised us that we could took the Speed Boat at 09am, takinh only 45min to Koh Rong Sanloem. The boat arrived late and we passed through Koh Rong first. We arrived 2 hours later. We tried to complain in the boat but they smiled like "You got us, bad luck, you don't have any other option now". We complained in the island and they act like they were a different company, "in the island we have different time rules than in Sihanoukville, complain to them. Your way back will be 45 min", we tried to talk with them, they shouted to us, asked to leave and look to another side like we did'nt exist. We asked gently to find a solution, they ignored us, like kids.
  Different rules on the island? Okey, on our way back it was the same story. 2 hours and 30 minutes later (Just like the slow boat that we wanted to take but in the office they said it was worthless, for only 7dollars more it only takes 45 min). We asked to the boat crew if they could give us the ticket to go and talk to the central office, to proove that we were actually in the boat. They refused. When we arrived at the pier a nice man from the compant with a smil says that we are right and we should go to the main office. In the office a womem recieved us also with a smile, she talks with his boss, they answer that the problem was the weather in one way, and in another that one boat was broken and they had to mix people from two islands. We discussed a lot, they admitted that this happen very often, that they were sorry. They offered 2 dollars to me and 2 to my partner, but we weren't agree, we did'nt asked even that, but it was like "take this so you don't complain". We didn't accepted, we didn't take the money. We disagree in the policy of the company, tomorrow will happen the same to the next group, they don't care, it's cheaper to do more stops in different islands with one boat, but they should tell the truth. Other companies do the same. Try the slow boat, maybe it's different. The only thing positive was the kindness of the woman in the office.
