Absolutely lovely place. Mr Hun is the best cook to introduce you into traditional Kmer cooking. The Amok he prepared for us was outstanding and even our 4 years old daughter liked it! The tour through the mangroves afterwards was also very interesting. We had no idea what to expect before we came and were 100% satisfied. This was an adventure which I will definitely never forget. Thank you Mr Hun!

It’s more of a cook together or watch Hun doing the cooking but still a 100% recommendation. He is very very nice and has a lot to tell about the island and the food. He build his own little (really really petit) kitchen and that’s why the number is limited to 3 participants. Cozy and intimate vibe. He worked as a chef in high ranked resorts and restaurants before and you can tell by how much love he puts into details. You can ask for joining him to the market and the local coconut oil „factory“ which is not really a factory but an local elderly woman producing coconut oil. We also used it during the class and thanks to that I am now obsessed with coconut oil!!! We did a stuffed cabbage with pork (lime leaf, chili, garlic, turmeric, herbs) and sautéed vegetables as a side. After the cooking you will enjoy the food in his hand build patio! It is a experience I would not wanted to miss!!! Hi there, listen, be kind and walk home with a happy tummy and happy face;-)

Hun is a incredible chef and he tells so many interesting things about the island and the local people there! We did the class two times because it was the best food we had in cambodia!

Really cute little spot over looking the river in this Cambodian village. Food was fantastic. Mr.Hun was an absolute super star, he even walked us home in the dark. Wish we could've taken the cooking class, but next time! Great initiative too, helping the local community. A must try. :)

authentic place with great local food!
the restaurent is set on stilts directly on the river with a beatiful view of the village. the food was great and the owner was very welcoming. definite recommendationresponse / report this review -

Really authentic place!!!! I enjoyed my stay there a lot and the food was AMAZING. I would say is 100% worth it to go :)
