  The embassy is located next to AEON mall. Russian embassy is one of the biggest embassy in Cambodia in term of area.

  Located at one of the busiest areas at the moment or somewhere close to AEON Mall, the Embassy looks a lot older from the outside. Calling the Embassy and spoke with a non-local Cambodian who didn't seem to understand English at all.
