I had several meals in this restaurant that I thoroughly enjoyed. A blend of french and khmer cuisine with a heavy lean towards the khmer side. Not every taste was to my particular liking but just then there would be one that completely knocked me over. A very special experience.

Beautiful restaurant. The fine dining experience these sisters deliver will forever be memorable. Enjoyable and pleasant King's Road area. Outstanding service, reasonably priced, thoughtful, exciting. Do yourself and favour and make a booking here for a special meal.

Great fine dining experience. Most of the dishes were exquisite for our taste. A true Khmer experience. To top it off, we were given some macarons to take back home after our dinner.

Incredible food; incredible service. Cannot think of a single thing to fault. Every course was amazing and completed the next and the accompanying wines were perfect. Such an amazing experience and such good value. 100% recommend!

The meal here was incredible. $28 USD for a 5 course-tasting menu and they gave us a box of macarons made in-shop for after the meal to take away! Everything was very delicious and well presented. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Only issue is we though the drink menu was a bit expensive for both the area and even this restaurant.

Moved to SEAsia 4months ago, living in Singapore, and Embassy Restaurant has served the BEST MEAL so far. Memories of Eleven Madison in NY flooding in. Wine pairing surprised me but actually spot on. Thank you for a memorable dinner.

First of all, it’s the best meal I had in Siem Reap. Visited on 15/12/2017, which is the second day of my arrival and, to be honest, the experience couldn’t have been better.
I do not eat any meat but okay with fish or seafood and I usually make special request when I make reservation. But this time, I was eating alone and did not decide where to eat in advance. I just called 10 mins before I decide to dine in this restaurant and forgot to tell my special eating habit.
When I arrived, I saw the set dinner menu and thought that I had to leave because there are meat choices in the set menu (they didn’t gave me the a la carte menu and I thought they don’t offer it). But then I asked if they can just skip the meat in the meal and they said okay. So I decided to stay and ordered set menu (or the tasting menu) with wine paring.
It turned out the meal was really wonderful. They did not only skip the meat but put other ingredients (fish, seafood, etc) in the meal. The tailored menu was not largely deviated from the original one and the new ingredients matched the original menu very much.
I was really surprised that they created such a beautiful menu at such a short time and thanks for making me feeling at home when I’m here😊

The best dinner we had in Cambodia. The tasting menu offers a balanced and interesting introduction into Cambodian flavours and cuisine. The menu changes every month, since the ingredients are seasonal. The chefs are sisters, so it’s great to support to support their success. Absolutely recommended! ❤️

Don't believe other lists that tell you otherwise--this is Cambodia's best restaurant. The subtle flavors and beautiful presentation are going to put this place on the culinary map as one of Asia's true dining destinations. Add in fantastic service, and you have a meal to remember.

Just had the November '17 seven course tasting menu. Can't say a bad thing about it, food was fantastic, service was impeccable and the restaurant itself is beautifully presented. We didn't order the wine, but they still kept our beer bottles in an ice bucket for us - now that's what I call service. Respect to the Kimsan Twins.!

Best meal ever!!!

Was uns dort geboten wurde, übertraf alles, was wir bisher gegessen habe. Weinliebhaber sollen unbedingt die empfohlenen Weine zu den verschiedenen Gänge geniessen. Die Tropfen passen perfekt und es lohnt sich unbedingt.

They know how to make me happy and satisfied

This is small restaurant near the Made in Cambodia Market. However, I call it one of the best restaurants of Siem Reap because they really broke my heart.

Everyone will notice its cozy, elegant and romantic interior. The service and dishes are amazingly refined! A la cart menu is very interesting and big but I tried their special set.

And the last and the most important thing for me is how they say goody to their guests. We've got a little gift box which included sweets, menu of the restaurant and a business card. They made everything I come back.

You wouldn't expect fine dining in Siem Reap, but this is fine indeed.

The cousins are presented in French style, with multiple courses and artistically plated stimulate your senses before you taste them. Wines are matched with each dish, with an international selection of wine. When it comes to taste, the chefs turn everyday Cambodian family dishes into 5 star meal fit for any self proclaim food connoisseur.

A must go if you visit Siem Reap.

Pour le prix c'est vraiment donné. service de qualité au niveau d'une cuisine créative et fraîche.
