  TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!! Booked a mini van for the family from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and told them we had lots of luggage and was told everything would fit. Van arrived and had no room for our luggage. Paid over $130 USD. Had to pay an extra $120 USD for them to call another private car. Called the agency and they were very rude and did not provide any help. They said it was my problem and hung up on me. HORRIBLE HORIBBLE SERVICE!!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!

  Terrible experience with this company on the full day Angkhor Wat tour.
  
  Lots of wasted time hanging around. Rushed trips around 2 of the 3 temples. Too much walking beteeen temple sites to get to the transport.
  
  Final part of the day was a sunset experience. We were told sunset was at 17.30pm and that we had 10 minutes after then to walk down the mountain. Sunset was not at 17.30pm as advised by the guide. But we were instructed by the guide that we could not stay for the sunset and had to leave.
  
  Very poor attitude from staff.
  
  Don't go with them. The tours seem to be oriented around the needs of the company not the customers.

  They are always busy in the office as they have many clients. I see a lot of past bad reviews as it is shared tour and problems can happen but it is not always their faults. Sometimes it is other clients cause problem. At the end of the day, they still provide good service compare to the price they charge. Very good value for money spend.

  This agency is managed by completely unprofessional and incompetent people. I used their service to book flight tickets to Myanmar but they did so with 2 onward tickets, one from Siem Reap to Bangkok and one from Bangkok to Myanmar. At Bangkok airport we found out that we had to go through immigration and apply for Thailand arrival visa even if it was a transit because the people working in this agency are not aware of the regulations. 2000 baht waste and a lot of stress because they could not make a proper reservation. Book your flight tickets somewhere else.
