Friendly and very professional staff, good scooter
Chatted on FB and pre-ordered my bike (semi automatic 125cc) a month or so in advance. They only had one semi (115cc) when I arrived direct from the airport. An hour or two into my ride it was obvious there were issues with front suspension and the housing around the head lamp was loose. If I had been staying in PP, I would have returned the bike. At no stage did I represent myself as an ex-pat in Cambodia (in reply to their response below).
The weld on one of the mirrors was poorly done and it came off when a security guard was moving my bike at a guest-house. They wanted $10 but 'settled' for $3 cos the weld was obviously poorly done.
I am giving 2 Stars because they knew well in advance that I was coming and could easily have provided a better bike. The rate is obviously subjective but is based on my experience. Had the bike been better maintained etc, then obviously like other reviewers, my score would have been higher. Maybe I was unlucky and all the decent bikes had been rented out.
On a positive note I wanted to return the bike during Chinese New Year and as they were closed we split the difference of 2 extra day rent 50/50.
I would not rent from them again.
friendly and uncomplicated. reasonable weekly rates. not sure if they offer daily rental better call and ask.
Reasonable with friendly staff
Really good service, nice staff and motorbikes in good condition
Good price and good service for expats.
I rent a bike for six months and had no problem at all with my motorbike.
Once, I had got my battery out (maybe my fault), however, the staff came to change it immediately. I was very helped with services here.
Reasonable price and very helpful staff.
