  The fall itself is not big, so the scenic is really depends on the season. Although the way to get there is stunning

  It *is* possible to see the waterfall in full. Cross the little bridge and follow the steps (some broken) on the left.

  You can only see the waterfall from upside. And the picnic area was dirty and broken. However, did walked around which was awesome and beautiful !
