The hotel is nice but I got robbed 100 euros by the staff, and my friend 2000 baths so you have to be really careful!!! Moreover nobody gave me the money back
Very nice mid scale hotel in quiet side street. Modern well equipped rooms with rain shower in big bathroom. Friendly and competent personnel. Great value.
We unfortunately cannot share positive experience. We booked the place for 4 nights, but on arrival (!) we were told we can only stay one night.
I assume he sold the booked room to a higher price and wanted to get us out.
As it was during Chinese New Year, we had big trouble in finding another place. Whereas Paolo, the owner, was not much interested and not helpful. We asked what to do and he lied on his bench and just told us he can put us in a hostel, which he did not even wanted to show to us. Or what he recommends, "Go and find another place."
And more or less kicked us out
On leaving day a Chinese group was sitting in the lobby and looked not happily to us, because I guess they wanted to go in our room.
I cannot recommend this place. Especially the owner.
Beautiful place, REALLY clean pool, quiet and relaxing place at walking distance from Pub Street and Night Market. Staff are amazing and always willing to help, always smiling and ready to do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Paolo the owner is everytime around, ready to help and happy to talk.
The rooms are big and bright, with fluffy beds and comfy pillows.
The bathrooms are spacious and clean!
We will come back DEFINITELY!!!
Recommended this hotel and took a group of 13 and was looking to take an even larger group next month but now reconsidering after their shady business. We needed a doctor because a client was sick and they would not tell us the price (mind you we had a local guide with us) but the client needed the care. They ended up charging $400 when a call like this would typically be around $30-$80 all depending. Just a big disappointment.
Very nice place to stay price is reasonable and breakfast was nice. Staff helpful and polite.
Rooms are modern with a kettle and coffee supplied .
The only negative was the fact that there was no car parking have to park out front on a small dirt backstreet.
I booked online and got nervous when the map sent us down this very small dirt backstreet but was delighted once we walked into the hotel grounds.
Hotel is very nice, the only con is the poor water temperature in shower. We had a great time here
Air cond take very long time to cool the room. Toilet shower room waste water flow very slow
Good service, nice place
super beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. GOod value. A bit away from it all though. A lot of mosquitoes. Even in the room.
We have stayed here for nearly two weeks and the owner and manager are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious with a sleeping space with two large beds and a living area and fridge. The bathroom is gorgeous and luxurious. With great rain shower and huge bath. The pool is large and clean and we enjoyed lazing and.playing by the pool. The hotel is superb location, in my favourite part of siem reap with many dining places, cafes and shops close by. Highly recommend
La piscina e il bagno
Nice big / attractively decorated room and friendly staff.
I stayed 12 (yes 12 haha) nights at this new hotel, and found the room to be very comfortable, all the fixtures and appliances are brand new, and of great quality. My room had a twin bed and a full-size bed, a living area with a separate door to the bedroom, a balcony with two chairs, a huge stylish bathroom with large bathtub, dual head shower, nice towels, comfy mattress and nice sheets and comforter. The sense I got was that care went into the details, and it was pleasing to see pride put into making it nice. The exterior of the property is also very well done, there's plenty of plants, fish in the water features, and wood detailing. The brunch/bar area is particularly impressive. I ate breakfast once and was genuinely impressed with the taste of the omelette, and quality of the coffee. The pool is very clean, inviting, and a neat blue color. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, top marks for professionalism and warmth. Enough glowing though, onto the imperfections. The unpaved road the hotel sits on was a very stubborn kind of brown dirt and will cost your entire room if you are unwise enough to track it in. A broom in the room or thick exterior doormat would be helpful. Motorbike rental is offered and they did a good job accommodating last minute rental requests. Asking for one extremely last minute I was brought a bike with a low battery, not sure how they got it over without kick-starting it, and the owner intervened and loaned me his very nice motorbike. So the only issue I had was with the helmet selection - some were candidates to throw in the trash, sadly only one was excellent. This is very common in SE-asia, but I would great appreciate not having a headache from a tiny helmet that you're really only wearing avoid being pulled over by the police, not because you believe it will protect your head, and dust/bugs in the face from no visor. Call me spoiled I guess, I realize they're not a motorbike rental business. On that note, again the room was fantastic, I had a great stay and would recommend them to anyone. Lastly, I stayed in two other hotels Siem Reap and DOM was light-years beyond them.
