Lovely hotel, somewhat over priced for what you get. The staff were lovely though and the two dogs are incredibly friendly. Downside is that there is no pier so you have to wade through the water with your bags to get there! Although the beach and sunset is incredible!

A scam. 50 dollars per night for a dirty, old, full a bugs room.
The beach is beautiful this is true but the hotel seems abandonned.
The staff isn't helpful at all, they NEVER leave there seats and for everything you ask the answer is "sorryyyy broken", "sorryyyy not possible". They just sit all day looking at you.
It is located in the middle of nowhere so you have to give them more money for food etc..
We were suppose to stay 4nights, we left after 2.
It is a scam, the rooms are really basic and unclean for a price like this and you can find better for half the price on the island..response / report this review -

The beach and sea are beautiful. The rooms are spacy but simple and you can hear your neighbours using the bathroom and talking.
There is no air-conditioning but you have a ventilator. In the day time the rooms are hot. In the evening it cools down so you can sleep oke. The staff is clearly not schooled in hospitality. Some speak enough English, others not a word. Some are friendly, others a lot less. Take cash with you or you are forced to go to the main Pier where they charge you 10% commission. Moving around by boat is expensive. Be advised that if you go to the resort by boat with luggage you might have to wade through the water with your luggage on your head for the is no Pier. Depends on the tide. We planned to stay 4 nights but stayed 3 but maybe we get bored easily 😉.response / report this review -

First, if you want all facilities like a big 3-4* hotel, please stay at one of the Chinese Casino hotel in SihanoukVille! We come here for one of the best beach in SEA: the fine silica sand that squeak under your feet, the crystal clear turquoise water, the bar with cool music and good drinks, the beach chair and umbrella are nice bonus. Caveat emptor: don't "do it" on the beachthere are sandflies! 😉

Paradise!
Coconut BLVD is in an amazing location - it's 30 min walk along the beach from the nearest place, so you can switch off and chill out completely here!
If you are looking for nightlife and shopping Don't come here.
If you want to totally relax, enjoy an incredibly beautiful beach, and not share it with hundreds of people then this is the place for you.
The facilities are basic (our room had no air-conditioning, fan only and a cold shower), the hotel area itself has half finished buildings and rubbish lying around.. But none of that matters when you see the beach and enjoy an amazing sunset here.
The best part is having miles of beach and sharing it with just a few people.
The staff are a bit quirky - but we got to know them and they were friendly and helpful.
The food is a bit hit-and-miss : a couple of things we ordered were a bit bland but other dishes were amazing.

I didn't live here but wanted to by some water at the bar after a long walk on the beach. The man in the bar was very rude and unfriendly.

Most beautiful place in Koh Rong !
