Very helpful staff. Super quick visa application.
Came there at noon and next day at 5:30pm I had my Vietnam Visa. It's even cheaper to go to this agency than doing it yourself.. highly recommended.

These guys are great! Good English and great customer service, made getting our Vietnam visas nice and easy. Sooooo much easier than dealing with then embassy. They also sorted out a bus to Ho Chi Min at a very reasonable rate for us.

20/11/17 I just received my one year retirement visa $288.00. Takes seven days and is backdated to the expiration date 20/14/17 of the original EI visa.

Cannot recommend Cina Travel highly enough! We went in to get our Vietnamese visas and they delivered on time and cheaper than if you go to the embassy yourself. In fact they were so good we ended up booking bus tickets and flights with them. If you need travel services in Phnom Penh then look no further than Cina Travel!

Extremely efficient, the 2$ USD service fee was more than worth it not to have to deal with the embassy. The whole process took MAYBE 5 min and we got our passports on time/slightly early. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff booked bus tickets to our next destination with no mark up on cost advertised online by bus company. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. I emailed to ask about getting a 60 day Thai visa and Vuth got back to me very quickly to answer my questions even out of working hours. He even checked they'd be no public holiday in case this affect the timescale. I got a 3 day service for $48 and all I had to do was hand over 2 photos and my passport. They sort out the application and if you need an itinerary for onward travel (I'm extending my visa after 60 day so had no onward flight in that time period). I was emailed to confirm when my visa had been handed to immigration and when to collect. Service was seamless and I've arrived in Thailand with no problems at the border. Thank you for your service it's a pleasure to deal with efficient and competent people.

Excellent service - we went on a Sunday & it seemed closed, but there was someone inside and they were nice enough to see us! Also, the staff spoke great English and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Little bit expensive but good and fast visa service and reliable. Got my visa to vietnam in 2 hours for 60 U.S. dollars. Good price for bus tickets.

Seriously best customer service I have received in south east asia! We got into Phnom Penh and immediately stopped by on our walk to our hotel. They were closing up, but we went over to ask when they open the next day. Instead he pushed the gate back up and invited us in so we would not have to come back at 8 am to start our visas the next day! Incredibly friendly, organized and trustworthy. Our visas were done in two hours on Saturday morning just as they had promised! Go here!!

Probably the best service in any travel agency I have ever seen. They are knowledgeable and very professional. I came to Cina with a very complexe case and they made sure to resolve it. I loved that they double checked the info with the airlines to make sure everything was in order. I can't praise or thank them enough!
