  My review may seem harsh but I feel it's relevant.
  
  My wife and I wanted to go here and the maps listing stated it was open. When we got there the lights were on and one door was open but a guy laying in a hammock simply said "closed" and laughed.
  
  It seems that the bar is closed all the time -- or at least on random schedule so nobody knows when it's open.

  Great place for cheap and good drinks, chill atmosphere. Food takes forever to come out but it might be because they're changing ownership. Really nice people with grew customer service. Definitely a place to check out when in Mondulkiri.

  Chill place, very friendly and chatty staff and cheap drinks. Also vegans can find a bite to eat here, we ordered tapas - garlicky baguette with olives.
  Cocktails here are like 2$!

  Either they are closed forever or just open on high season. Was in town four nights in June, never open and no sign explaining situation.
