    Dear Mr John K,
The staff of Chenda Polyclinic understand your frustration, but strongly disagree with your characterisation of their attitudes and actions. Yes, each time you come back to have your wounds dressed, there is a charge of $10, for the services of the staff, and the medications and dressings, which is a little frustrating when you cannot reach the wounds to dress them yourself. Such a charge, does not seem excessive, but the staff are happy that you have found another doctor, even though he tells you that they dressed your wounds "wrongly".
Good luck with your new medical provider, and we hope you eventually get healed.

I was treated at Chenda Clinic in February of 2013. The Khmer doctor that treated me for a infected cut failed to dress the wound properly and did not seem to care much about providing quality health care.

My impression was that the staff at Chenda wanted to give the least amount of health care possible to their patients and bleed as much money as possible out of any foreigner that makes the mistake of come through the door of the clinic. I went to another doctor that same day and he said the wound had not been dressed or treated correctly.

I feel like the staff at the Chenda Clinic are poorly trained and totally indifferent to providing an decent level of health care.
