  Good and comprehensive library on everything Khmer and some English books as well. Welcome maintained and staffed. Location is hidden in pagoda but I was surprised to it so busy with students coming to research.

  This two room building has a great collection of Khmer and English texts on everything-Cambodia. Apparently there are lectures and events that go on as well.
