  Very good exchange rate. Helpful staff. Always check the USD notes handed to you and return any old series or overused notes.

  I made a mistake choosing this branch since they didnt have anyone that really understood english well. I spent over hour and half opening an account and still have to go back since the accounts I needed added to transfer abroad were excluded. Seeing as this is a bank recommended to expats I thought it would go a little better. Def take a Khmer friend along to help with translation.
