  Best bank I have used in Sihanoukville, no issues with international transfers, service can be very slow and can get quite busy but once you open an account everything is dead easy

  atm many times does not work. max limit 500 dollar with card that is not from cambodia. 1000 if from there bank.

  Probably the best bank in Cambodia
  Sihanoukville branch is always not crowded.
  Parking lot is not crowded most of the time
