Compared with other similar agencies, the minivan service wasn't bad. Obviously minivans, especially for long trips, aren't so comfortable, but that's happen with all similar companies in Cambodia

Not worthy of a one star at all.
Our alleged journey to Ban Lung
Tuk tuk was supposed to turn up at our guesthouse at 6am but never turned up till 6.40am
We got to a minivan office to be told to wait till 7am
7am came and went and was fobbed Off with stories such as bus will be here soon.
In the end we got to another minivan an hour late. When we arrived the minivan was in such a state I’d thought it had already been in a smash
We refused to go in this van as it’s windows at rear were metal, no A/C and hardly any room.
My other half videotaped the vehicle and was pushed violently twice.

I had a very bad experience with this agency. Got to an old no air conditioning mini van with a lot of people while sitting in the back of the van. Was terrible. Also the van was 2 hours late and stopped so many times on the way.

Worst minivan experience we ever had.
We booked a minivan to Banlung, and although we're aware that it is not the most popular destination, we still expected some sort of a decent ride. The van was two hours late, and they put us at the last row, with a lot of stuff parked under the seats, so no leg room. There was no A/C in the van, and no windows, and it was a sunny 30+ degrees out. It was the worst 8 hours of our trip.
Maybe for other destinations they are ok, but i would still stay away.response / report this review -

Best travel company in cambodia HQ in Phnom Penh Cambodia
Clean modern mini coach seating 15 air-conditioning , WiFi,rest room and restaurant stops every trip ,

CTT outsourced our travel to Kep kicked us out in Lamont and put us in a Tuk Tuk with 3 unfortunate travellers.
The return journey was worse bus delayed 3 hours due to not having a driver.
Would never use again and would advise people not to ever use this company😡😡😡response / report this review -

Great travel agency with very well informed staff. They gave us a better rate for our Vietnam visa than any other agency and were very fast too. We booked a boat cruise as well as a bus with them and even the pickup service from the hotel was on time.

Pretty standard vans, prices, and travel time. What makes it better? All the times I've taken them they were always on time unlike some other bus stations.

I always get my visa extension done here since the very first visa until now almost 3 years here in Cambodia. Friendly, accommodating, fast and efficient. I also book taxi and bus tickets here. Highly recommended.

A really good travel agent. The staff are efficient and honest and helped us sort out our border crossing to Vietnam without issue. They gave us plenty of options to choose from and we had a very comfortable ride as a result. Highly recommend.
