They do the job at an acceptable standard, but not more than that at all. I was hospitalised in February 2019 for Dengue Fever. Luckily I had an excellent travel insurance that contacted the hospital directly so I didn't have to organise it. But most of the nurses could speak very little English which meant that they were putting all sorts of drugs and injections into my body without explaining to me what they were . They would also wake me up at 6am with full lights on and not even a good morning, just a rough injection and back out the door. Doctors changed almost twice a day and they were mostly too rushed and impatient to answer my questions. The hospital does not provide food, so delivery takes a long time and the food is really average. Overall it's acceptable to go here and you will likely get the treatment you need but state your needs clearly and ask for prices as early as you can if you don't have travel insurance.

My wife ( and I ) stayed 10 days at CT Polyclinic in February, after my wife fell and broke her leg on our way to the resort at Koh Rong, where we attended to stay for 6days.
Instead we spent the last days of our holiday in hospital.

Our experience with CT Polyclinic is mostly good.
The operation was sucsessful. She got an implant in her leg, and was operated with spinal anesthesia. The doctors were well qualified and did a great job !
They spoke english , and so did some of the nurses too. One of the doctors spoke french as well.

All were handsome and friendly, and always with a smile in their faces.

If there is something to complain about, it's the cleaning. It's not the same as we are used to in Norway.
And we get " All inclusive" at our hospitals 😉

After X-Ray's the doctors told me "No break, no bleed". Insurance flew me home anyway and it turns out I've broken my elbow AND pelvis.

Don't go there if you have serious issues. The doctors barely speak English. Also they gave me a wrong diagnosis and antibiotics that weren't helping at all. Honestly I think they didn't care if I get better they were just after the money

Visited this clinic on October 2017 and got my third rabies vaccination.
I arrived super scared after reading awful critics about this clinic, and therefore was so surprised to meet Jonathan, the head nurse, who was super professional, kind and helpful (and had perfect English).
Apparently, in the last few month the clinic puts an effort to repair its previously justified bad reputation, and now it seems to be better than it used to.

Incompetent, life-threatening and impudent
I needed the continuation of a rabies vaccination after a monkey bite. I received the first vaccinations in Phnom Penh in the Khema-Clinic (first-class clinic!). In the CT Clinic, I got an incredibly unfriendly greeting from a woman who later introduced herself as "Mrs. Jenny" and as the manager of the hospital. At first, "Mrs. Jenny" was not able to read in the short and easy to understand medical report of the Khema Clinic, which are the next vaccination days and which is the utilized vaccine, although both of it was clearly highlighted in the report. At this time it was already the question for me, why someone from the administration tries to understand the medical report instead of leaving this issue to a doctor. Mrs. Jenny told me then that they wouldn't have the same vaccine in their hospital. On my question whether the different vaccines are compatible with each other, she told me that their vaccine was the most modern one, and if I wanted to get security about the compatibility of the vaccine, I would have to clarify it myself. She also did not consult a doctor to clarify this question and she did not offer me a medical consultation with a doctor of her clinic. Her demand that I should clarify the continuation of the treatment by myself was absurd and irresponsible, because I didn't have the necessary medical knowledge, because an insufficient vaccination is ineffective and because rabies is an absolutely deadly desease. She then went to a doctor's room and called me into the room shortly thereafter. She stayed in the room and interfered in the conversation between the doctor and me. Suddenly, according to the physician, the vaccine was the same as in the Khema Clinic. When I told Mrs. Jenny that I never had met an unkind person as her in Cambodia, she said to me: "I'm not even Cambodian". Because the continuation of the vaccinations in the CT clinic was too risky and I did not want to take the risk of rabies or to live with the uncertain feeling of an ineffective vaccination for years, I decided to sacrifice two vacation days to drive back to Phnom Penh to get the next vaccination. I want to warn everybody of this hospital.

This place is only here to scam tourists. These people give Cambodians a bad name. I stayed one night I got charged $214. I asked how much it was they said $60. They charged for everything nurse fee, admin fee, towel etc Do not go here look for another medical place.

An ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF. Doctor barely looked at me, misdiagnosed my problem even though I told him what I thought it was (and was right - he was wrong), told me having some ointments and dressings applied was included in the fee and then it was an extra $10 added to the bill, and wrote a prescription for irrelevant medications that were priced way higher than anywhere else when sold through CT Clinic's pharmacy. It's just one big scam dressed up to look fancy in a shiny new building. STAY AWAY. Total waste of my time and money. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS but in order to post a review you have to give one. Stupid system.

Went for unknown skin rash on feet, hands, elbows and knees. Was already using an anti-fungal cream but wasn't working. Also got back fungi white spots.
Showed them to the doctors. Analyze for a second. Then asked me 10 times if it was itching while looking at picture on his iPad trying to find something that looks similar.
After a great 4 minutes of searching, he prescribed me anti-inflammatory pills and cream knowing I was already using Ketoconazole cream for the unknown skin rash and white fungi.
Paid the 30$ (20$ consultation and 10$ medication). The pills had no indication so I looked it up on several drug information website to learn you should not take the pills while using Ketoconazole cream
Great work! Thanks guys for taking my money and give me medication I can't take with another cream I'm using.
Don't go there. They do not care. It's a beautiful hit or miss!
