CEPA is a local NGO based in Stung Treng that working to support community ecotourism initiative along the Mekong River (upstream) of Cambodia. CEPA in 1999 was organized an international workshop on Ramsar Convention and helped Government and Communities to protect Ramsar site in Stung Treng province. The Site is really attractive national and international Tourists to camping, canoeing, flying and sightseeing flooded forest area and fishing activities.
