  avoid! 避免 cockroaches in rooms and rats in basement everywhere. Very noisy building noise and cleaners. WIFI not good!! depends which room! any complaints will be laughed away by the manager! 蟑螂和老鼠

  Nice place. The staff are very helpful. Can cook light meal, do our own laundry. There's a free bicycle to rent and also breakfast voucher to use at pastel coffee shop.

  Simple, clean and good money value. Missing few things in the apartment and the location is a bit noisy due the many construction sites.
