Room is dark and does not have enough lighting. Visitors staying in the hotel are allowed to smoke in their rooms and elsewhere inside the hotel, there is choking cigarette smell once you step out your room. No air conditioning in the main lobby and the drain pipe of the sink in our rooms is leaking. The room is however clean and the bed is comfortable.

Looks neat! But no airconditioning in the lobby or in the lift. Really bad when it's 30-40 Celsius outside. NO water in the shower or elsewhere, only for a short time in the middle of the day.I expect at least running water 24/7 when I'm in a hotel. Also, the room is very noisy. You hear people talking or the ringing tone (all over the hallways).But bed is comfy and room is clean.
