Great Western food and desserts. Expect somewhat higher prices but comfortable, air-conditioned seating. One of my favorite places.

Big fan of the blue pumpkin. Great place for breakfast, a small meal, ice cream, coffee, and pastries. Also a nice space to pull out the laptop and get some work done.

I got sick on the day I ate an ice cream here. It was half melted and dripping even before I got it. They need to keep their ice cream frozen. Blue Pumpkins use to be great in PP and SR but they have gone downhill and been overtaken by much better and cheaper places.

The green tea ice cream and coconut ice cream are soo good. Also, the seating is so unique and comfortable, which is rarely found in establishments with ice cream. Highly recommend!

Great French style cafe straight onto the water front . The staff just brilliant so helpful. good food and great service . It is so nice sitting on the balcony and taking in the magnificent view. If you need a cake or ice cream fix I suggest going there . it is a good spot to grab a take away sandwich or croissant for day out trips. Kids will love the smoothie's and cakes. I would give it 5 stars if the coffee was stronger but that's a personal preference.

Blue Pumpkin is the best chill spot ever! My boyfriend and I wanted to chill for a bit before we go to the airport and this is the best place to chill! They have really nice couches to sit on, very relaxing! And the iced mocha is amazing!

Ordered beef rice and a watermelon juice. I was sipping 20 minutes on the juice and kindly reminded them of my order. Total wait of 30 minutes and multiple reminders but my food never showed up. The place looks relaxed, the staff is definitely relaxed, if you know what I mean. I will be avoiding this place.

Best view for Water Festival!! Couch and daybed seating great fun and good food at a decent price. Western and khmer cuisine well done. Always a treat to come on this side of town.

Offers a wide selection of quality desserts, smoothies, and coffee in a clean air-conditioned modern setting offering good views from the 1st floor. A bit pricey but worth it to take the edge off a hot day.

Best location in term of view, it located along the riverside. Great place to relax with good taste of food and drink. Price is affordable. Service is not bad. It's just a bit hard for parking.

To be honest, I was not a fan of blue pumpkin a few years ago. I found it expensive and not that good. But They made some changes in their menu and I must admit that it is now good and affordable.

That time their credit card machine wasn't working and I had to pay cash around 7$. I seldom carry cash on me. I liked the day beds, it is like having breakfast in bed. They have a wifi which requires a website password. They have a mini balcony to view the riverside. I ordered beef with mangoes because I love mangoes. And the pineapple yogurt shake which was in a big glass and I liked it very much.
