When you come to Koh Rong Samloem you have to go here. It's a beautiful place just a few steps from the ocean. The private rooms and the bar are very pretty. But the best thing are the owners - we were welcomed very warmly and received many helpful tips.

A few wooden rooms, 3 nice AC bungalows made of stone close to the pier of M' Pay village. Very relaxed place. A few steps to the water, many chilled restaurants and bars.

Friendly host and atmosphere but this village is a garbage dump full of waste, building materials, noise from construction sites, and overall quite a mess. Certainly not a nice place to spend your beach holidays. Our room was small and basic but clean and nice. Just that no fresh blanket was provided. Beach house's location might be ok for backpackers who just want to get a few cheap drinks close to the sea but certainly not for people looking for a romantic beach holiday.

Beautiful location and view from room, nice bathroom (though cold shower), v welcoming host and good food. No air con in the room we had but the fan was amply sufficient. Occasionally a little noise from the hostel next door but never went on later than 11pm!

Sind spontan hin um nach einem Zimmer zu fragen, haben dann auch eins bekommen. Nur leider war das Bett total dreckig, da durch Gäste über uns der Dreck durch die Decke rieselte. das Zimmer war leider auch sehr eng und direkt an einem kleinen Bächlein, wo Frösche ihr abendliches Konzert hielten Die Mücken Waren ebenfalls ein Problem.
Der Gastgeber und der Koch waren während unseres Aufenthaltes gar nicht da, sodass wir immer alleine (mit 2 anderen Gästen) waren und zum Essen zu anderen Hostels und Restaurants zurückgreifen müssten.
Das Essen bei den anderen war aber immer mega lecker.response / report this review -

We only stopped here for a drink and breakfast which was awesome (but only one option though: fruit bowl with muesli and french press coffee). They have taco night every night and the owner is so friendly!!
