This is the main shop of Bayon Market. It is also the branch I prefer to go. The layout here is better than Bayon Tuol Kork branch. The quality of products is good. The choice of products is good and coming from many countries. So you can easily find the right ingredients for the dish you want to cook.

Bayon is also good for beauty products and house keeping products. It has a large choice.

The prices are average for this kind of shop in the city. Some are cheaper, some are more expensive than Bayon.

Terrible parking management. Went there to do some quick shopping before an important meeting and when I arrived on the parking to retrieve my motorcycle I found out that a chain was circling my forward wheel. I asked the staff to remove it so I could leave but nobody had a clue why this chain was there. It’s been 50min now and nobody is taking any action despite me asking for assistance from Bayon personnel.

I bought a kitchen accessory at the store on the first floor and after going home, I found out it was damaged.
Brought it back to the store within 30 min and after a long wait during which more than five people came to see it was damaged and trying to bend it back into shape and a phone call from the employee to the "boss", I was told that I could not get a refund.
It literally took me to slap the counter and a ask to see the so called "Boss" to actually get a refund (after another call to the "Boss" from the employee).
So here is my review:
To the employees who were all trying to help: thank you for your kindness.
To the "Boss" who was called: I think you are an idiot who should be fired and replaced as quickly as possible.
I was offered to get something else in exchange of the damaged product but I already came a few days ago to the store and bought everything I needed but the product I came back for (it was expensive and I wasn't sure I wanted to buy it).
Since you did not have a replacement for the product I wanted, you should have simply authorized the refund.
Consider this one star review, a personal review of your lack of leadership.

Great place to buy your groceries. Huge selection and good prices. Has a kids play area upstairs and for food I recommend a visit to Family Soup also upstairs.

This market offers a variety of fast consuming products and some may not be found in normal supermarket. There is a restaurant up stair where staff from private companies or governmental agencies can enjoy their lunch with reasonable price. Recommended for lunch time, and shopping together to save time.

I've decided to never shop at Bayon again. The $10 minimum for all debit/credit purchases has made me choose Aeonwho doesn't have those stupid rules. I liked your store before, but now you've lost me forever. This is exactly why Cambodia will always be a 3rd World country. You have no idea what you're doing when it comes to business. I will also tell every foreigner I know, not to shop there. Your policy caused me to be embarrassed while in line. I didn't have cash and you had no signs. Last time I was there, I spent $150this time I only needed a Coke. I guess you'll never get my big purchases again. Idiots😆

Bayon Supermarket is one of the best places to find grocery from China, Singapore, Japan and Korea. They also have a lot of imported goods from west, such as cereals, tea and other dry goods. Their fresh meat and vegetable section is smaller but good.
