One of the most beautifully detailed carvings of all temples in Cambodia. Back in the early 2000s it was free and OK to get into the temple n check the details but for future conservation n protection of the temple, one can only see from appr. 5 meters away. Such a fabulously extravagantly elegantly viewtiful.

I love this temple! It's color is peculiar and the area is very well kept.
Also they here have a great espresso ;)
You call also walk around in a small tour with terraces on a rice fields. Very enjoyable, in the shadow.

One of my favourite temples in Siem Reap . Amazing place. It's definitely worth to go even though it is far away from town.

One of the main temples in Angkor archeological site, Banteay Srei temple is known as a woman temple basing on Khmer Language. The temple was consecrated in 967AD for Hinduism. It’s located 35km north of Siem Reap town.

Also known as the Citadel of Women this unique red sandstone temple is absolutely amazing. The carvings are intricate and admirable. You'll love all the "picture frames" that'll make for great photos with you/your family in them. Don't forget to check out the status of the monkeys, with their expressive faces.

We enjoyed our visit to this Hindu temple. Very nice environment and interesting stone carvings and objects. Lots of people late morning but was well-managed.

Exquisite temple. It is perhaps the most decorated and well preserved temples in Siem Reap. The carvings on the temples are exquisite. Most friezes depict scenes from the Hindu mythology and the temple is devoted to Shiva. The two things about this temple is that it is always too crowded. This may be because of its small size and the number of visitors it receives each day. In the larger temples the same number of people are spread out and one is not in other people's way like in this temple. Then other thing bout this temple is that most of the temple is off.limits. you can only are the temples and mist of the carvings only from. Distance. So a lot of the most beautiful details are unavailable to the visitors. Still it was s worth a visit.

A small and beautiful castle made from pink stone called Lady Citadel, really worth to visit. The sunset at that area is beautiful

This is a small temple compare to the others. It is also a bit further from the main temple. But it's intricate details and unique carvings is what makes this a very impressive temple also the pinkish sandstone that covers the wall like tapestry. It's exquisite ornamentation that cover most of the temple show great skill and precision.

Not nearly the scale of a lot of the other temples. The mainstay of this temple is the red sandstone and intricate carvings. Very beautiful and worth the trip of you have time. However this appears to be growing in the touring circuit and was very crowded. The guide books talk about it as a hidden gem but it appears to have been found by the tour companies
