They charge 4$, but they also exchange the 100 $ notes into smaller notes. The guy at the exchange was very helpful and friendly.

As the former reviews said the extra fee is 4$ and they exchange their 100$ notes you get out of the ATM for free! Perfect and helpful friendly service!

Best Bank & ATM in Cambodia! ATM charges only 4$ instead of 5-6$ everywhere else. At the bank counter they changed the 100$ notes from the ATM into smaller notes without extra charges.
