  No value added with this travel agency. They are not very good at communication and show no interest in customers. They were late picking us up so we missed our scheduled bus. After much prodding we were able to figure out when the next bus was and got in that with no problem. Not worth it booking through them though. It's more hassle than just looking up the sorya bus schedule and showing up at the right time and buying your ticket from the bus driver directly

  Lazy and unresponsive. DO NOT book bus tickets with them they will lie to you about all the times.
