Great local food with good price and in big portions.
English menu and friendly service. It serves very tasty chicken Amok (best I have had in siem reap over my 3 days trip) and the other dishes are okay. All the food costs around USD 40 in total. Amok is a steam cooking a curry in banana leaves. It has a sweet taste (and is not spicy). It has thick coconut cream, egg and galanga. Amok is a major national culinary tradition in Cambodia, and also popular in Laos and Thailand.
Amok is a good location and easily visiting place near to the old market, close to pub street. All staffs helpful and friendly, very delicious foods.
Good taste of its amok dish, good service too, just slightly overpriced drinks
Nice atmosphere, good for a quick bite but service should be improved
Part of a chain in same street. Aye here twice it was so good and VIM. Clean wcs upstairs.
Good service and, when they could not meet exact order dietary requirements they came back quickly to discuss and offer suggestions.
Excellent Khmer food, I rcommend the Amok sampler which gives a good overview of various meats. The view from the balcony down to pub street is also nice. Toilets are clean and service is good
Was not a horrible experience, but went based on recommendation of our hotel on our first night in town. Was right in the heart of the touristy, loud pub street. While we did try their sampler of Cambodian dishes, it definitely felt a little touristy and a little heavy on the fried, oily dishes. Not the worst, but probably wouldn't go back. Try New Leaf restaurant which is just a block away, quieter, better food and better prices.
This place has the best food in town !! It is really good and the food is super tasty . 'ext to it is the giant pub street and this restaurant is much calmer and really trendy ! The ambiente looks really expensive but the prices are more than reasonable ! If you are coming to town you should really try this place
Good place. Pricey little place on pub street but the whole town relies on tourism so don't be surprised! Try the amok degustation. It's a little of all the varieties of Amok. Be careful of the waitresses, they're snotty and arrogant
Good Khmer food (I got the Amok, and it was huge and delicious) but a little pricey. Dishes are around $8, and draft beer is $2.25. More classy atmosphere.
Abit pricey and personally have experienced better food elsewhere. Good location and away from the noise though.
Nice restaurant near to pub street. If you love amok style here you can find its expression at his best. Don't miss it
Champey Restaurent. Seem to be good.
Good food with a nice setting and lovely friendly Cambodian staff
Went on our first evening. Food was OK, my partner's Amok degustation was not great though. Not a big deal if you cannot make it to this place.
Amok is the most popular Khmer food among travelers and it is signature of this restaurant. Amok is a must try, many restaurants has this on menu and Amok at this restaurant is one of the best. There are variety of Amok, order Amok in coconut, yummy!
Very nice place to eat in this area. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The presentation of the food is very interesting as well; i got cashew chicken served in a bowl made of banana leaves. The only problem was that their sound system looped the same song over and over, and when we finally asked them to change it they skipped to a new song which repeated over and over the server seemed surprised though, so I think it may have been a one-time issue.
Great food and service. I was excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. We would definitely go back.
