  It has huge potential, however the rooms need simple touch ups and staff needs to be trained properly. Main issue is, there is no bed sheet and only a decorative thin piece of yellow fabric, which is not clean. Luckily they replaced it with real bed sheets and duvet after we complained. Better to place a shower cabinet in the restroom, instead of current yellowish dirty looking shower curtains. We stayed in VIP room 1, which is right next to the reception and we woke up several times early morning (6 am to 7 am) as it was noisy. I am not sure there are better alternatives to stay in this location, however, if you will stay for only one night, I think it is tolerable.

  Don't think that there are much better hotels in this place but it could have been better.

  I'll give 2 or 3 more stars after i stay there but now it's the first i know this hotel! My relative would like to pay the foods and drink for me from abroad in this hotel by visa card in advance then i called to this hotel and the girl staff seems not clear with paying by visa card and now he email to this hotel but not had a reply yet about 2 weeks ago . I just think this hotel is more modern than others in Takeo province but why not easy with your email?
