We did not have time to check their review before we made the booking as we missed the train from Kampot to Sihanoukville. The girl confirmed there will be an air-conditioning mini van but no. The young mini van driver drove like a dare devil. Thanks God we are still alive. It will be our first and last. Btw, 2 adults 2 kids, USD5 per person. The journey took 1 and half hour to Otres.
I don't travel with them and i'll never , but my motorbike was parked just in front of their shop on the road in the afternoon and when I came back to use it it was moved closest to her shop, that is not a problem but I started driving and my guidon is definitely moved and not in the same axe than the wheel .
I asked the girl who worked to see the cctv camera and she say it's not possible blablabla
And I asked to have the number of the boss she told me ," I don't have his number " " he is busy today "
I try call the number on Google nobody answered and same to the text message I send
I don't if it's them who brake my motorbike but they are really helpless and not simpatico
And today the girl from the shop slap me just because I was waiting ( without loud or something )
And she came like crazy and aggressive and she slap me because I was with my phone on hand
The driver is crazy, about to have many accidents. From Kep to Ha Tien it is supposed to be one hour, finally it was three hours because they change the van at the border and make you wait more than one hour.
The driver tries to scam you at the border, do it everything by yourself, because if you let the driver do it, he will ask for money
Terrible comunication with passengers. Very crazy trip with random stops all over the place without explanation. I took a service to Siem Reap but had to change at Pnom Phen at a horrible horrible "bus stop" again without major explanation. Just use Giant Ibis tours when traveling from one city to the other! They are very reliable and organised.
Worst mini van ride I’ve had. Over an hour late leaving town. Spent time picking up and dropping off doingbtheir own errands, stopping for drinks for themselves etc. Horrible communication with customersactually there was NO communication with customers. We all sat wondering what was happening and when asked they ignored us. Air con was on but barely keeping the bus too hot with windows up.
Mixed review.
Nice, friendly, helpfull girl at office reception, good English.
Booked ‘Big’ (slow) bus Kampot to PP. $5. No information on the route but i didn’t ask (most go via NH3) always important to ask the right questions when travelling in Asia (they rarely volunteer information)
Booked seat at the front (i like to view where i’m travelling to enjoy my travel & see the country/people) made sure seat number (1) written on the ticket (always important to check details in Asia)
tuk tuk pickup 1 hour late (not unusual in Cambodia)
Bus staff tried to put me at the back of the bus (this is common in Asia, even tourist buses used by locals; back seats are the worst because bounced around more on bad roads so they like to give locals the best seats) but i insisted, showed my ticket with seat number.
Long, slow journey via Kep through the countryside on local roads, lots of stopping for locals on short journies so like a public bus (probably not many buses) however very nice for me, became an adventure off the main highway & tourist route so less traffic & saw lots of new & different places people & countryside; interesting journey for me & i wasn’t in a hurry.
Only spoilt at the end when the driver dropped me in PP, smiled & waved but called me a “bastard/dog” (ឆ្កែ chhke) in Khmi (obviously didn’t realise i speak a bit of Cambodian language) presumably because i had insisted on my booked seat not the back where he wanted to put me!
AVOID! Disrespectful staff, lied to us multiple times. Booked Kep-Phu Quoc for $18. Trip should have taken 2h30 (advertised by them) and it took 8h. We were pushed and shoved like cattle and no one took responsibility for the delays. We ended up missing our ferry to the island. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We had trip from Phu Quoc to Kampot with that company. We supposed to be there at 5.30, but we arrived 2 hours later. We had to change buses without any explanations.
We bought and pay an expensive ticket from Sihanoukville to Kep asking for a VIP private van and we get a local bus full of young Khmers people going from work to home. Scam ? Or just Cambodian ? Now understand why Chinese Companies buy everything ! Good luck with them.
Very bad driver (even compared to Cambodian drivers), the buses are the worst we've ever seen throughout Cambodia. Luckily we only booked a short transport from Kep to Kampot. From there on we traveled with KEP TOURS & TRAVEL, which we can recommend even for crossing the border to Vietnam (good driver, nice bus, reliable).
The worst company you can choose. They took us by the broken bus and we were moving 20km/h on highway. Also after ten minutes we stopped and we've been waiting for more people to come, we spent there almost 15 without AC. Better to wait for any other company!
Assolutamente negativa. Assenza di professionalità e cura verso i clienti. Compagnia sconsigliata senza alcun dubbio.
Booked a trip from Kampot to Hatien with Anny Tours and Travel.
At the beginning the bus departure at kampot was 1 hour delayed and then there was no bus picking us up after crossing the border to Vietnam.
Don't book anything with Anny Tours and Travel.
Bus was dirty and full of bed bugs. It was late, had a slow puncture on one tyre and a bad driver. Some people were moved onto another bus at the start of the journey as there was more room on that bus, and my boyfriend's bag was moved as well - no one asked who it belonged to. Luckily I noticed before we set off!
In addition to using dirty and old buses, I forget my cell phone in the van. When I called to see if it was there, the driver said no. After offering 150 usd, the iphone 7 appeared miraculously. Besides bad service, at least the driver was a thief
Dirty and old bus. Don't use Anny Tours EVER
