  Came here to rent a bike for a day ( $4) to explore the city and the temples. Half way to angkor wat my entire left pedal fell off because the screw was missing. I had already bought my $37 dollar non refundable temple ticket. Spent the next 15 km pedalling with one foot tied to the bicycle.
  
  When i came back to return the bike and explained what happened, I didn't get an apology or an exchange of bicycle. They actually asked me to return the bike (after only using it broken for 5 hours) saying that a day means only when the sun is up, not 24 hours. I asked for a refund, they said no. I stayed around until they gave me a refund and they begrugingly gave it back.
  
  Would not recommend.

  Stayed in the neighborhood and came to get bikes here for riding around Angkor Wat. Overall, staff was friendly and flexible when addressing our concerns. Bike rentals cost $5-$15, however, there were $3 basket bikes that you have to ask about. Their condition is not as great which may be why they are not offered when you first ask them about it. When riding back, my chain was slipping and they let me bring it back the next day without extra charges.

  They sell new Giant bikes. The first Giant store in Siem Reap. They also rent bike. The bike rental price is higher than other local Agency but their bike is well maintained and work like new.

  Aing Kim San bike shop is the best bike rental in Siem Reap, the have alot of bike for rent like city bike, mountain bike, family bike and electric bike. it also good new bike and comfortable. specially they response on what happening on during our cycling. they have their technician to repair for us. I would like to recommend this place to all travelers who wish to get a bike in SIem Reap.
