  I just want to change my registered phone number to new number. It is very simple thing but still waiting over 1hour at the very messy bank with many mosquitoes!

  I haven't had any bad experience so far. For me is ABA is the best bank in Cambodia, is not perfect but better than others.

  Very helpful Atm swallowed my card. Opening hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. 30minutes and I had it back from the ATM.

  Good service and usually there is no wait here. It has 24 hour ATM on site. I think currently this bank has the largest network of ATM in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh cities.
